Learning support assistant

Academics are proud to be working alongside a warm, inclusive, and well-regarded primary school in Fulham, who are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team from January. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners at a crucial stage of their development, helping them build confidence, independence, and a love of learning. Location: Primary School, Fulham Start Date: January / February 2026 start Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday Salary: £95-£100 per day (dependent on experience) Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored classroom support to pupils and teachers within the Early Years setting Support children with their learning, development, and emotional well-being Promote inclusive learning and positive behaviour strategies Assist with both classroom-based and wider school activities Help create a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment Work collaboratively with teachers to support pupil progress What We're Looking For: Experience supporting children within a school or similar educational setting A committed Learning Support Assistant with a genuine passion for Early Years education Graduates with a proactive and positive approach are encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one) If you are an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant ready to make a meaningful difference in a supportive Westminster primary school, apply today with your up-to-date CV.
